LONDON CALLING: Last year, developer Henry Segerstrom’s South Coast Plaza mall hosted a heavily promoted “Festival of Britain,” featuring British goods and entertainment. Then in March former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher visited Orange County and stopped off at the shopping center. . . . Now Segerstrom and his wife, Rene, meet the No. 1 Briton, Queen Elizabeth. The Segerstroms are among the 2,000 or so invited to today’s garden party at the British Embassy in Washington in honor of the monarch.
