Despite the incessant ranting and whining of assorted radicals, militants and other losers (a.k.a. exploited and ignored victims of white, straight males), the reason Western civilization has been the dominant culture of the world is its inherent superiority.
Third World artists have excelled in the culture, but not by producing crap and trying to pass it off as some counterculture, revolutionary works of genius simply beyond the comprehension of nasty white guys.
