Berkeley in the Sixties (Channel 28 Tuesday at 10 p.m.). Mark Kitchell’s superb, heartfelt 1990 documentary on the fount of student activism is both inclusive and coherent, distilling the ‘60s expertly, both evoking and commenting on the era. Fifteen key interviews cut into a wealth of archival material.
