House Party: The owner of a multimillion-dollar L.A. home leased by comedian Roseanne Barr Arnold and husband Tom Arnold has sued the couple, alleging that they trashed the place. Owner Spencer Proffer, a CBS Records executive, sued the couple last week in Los Angeles Superior Court for $171,000 to cover broken windows, damaged floors, torn and stained wall coverings and upholstery, broken furniture, a scuffed tennis court and a dented gate. The Arnolds deny damaging the property.
