2 Pasadena Students Get Scholarships

Two Pasadena students have each received $4,000 Home Savings of America Career Awareness Program Scholarships.
Judith Owens, a June graduate of Blair High School, will attend UCLA or UC Santa Barbara. Cari L. Taylor of John Muir High School will attend Azusa Pacific University.
The program prepares high school seniors for entry into the work force with a comprehensive 15-week course that teaches work readiness and consumer economics skills.
