Getting a Bad Rap? Minnesota’s attorney general has warned officials at the Minneapolis-based Musicland Group--the largest record retail chain in the nation--to stop selling N.W.A’s “Efil4zaggin” album to minors or suffer prosecution. In a letter faxed on Friday to Musicland CEO Jack Eugster, the attorney general said he believed that the L.A. rap group’s Top 10 pop album not only violated state “harmful to minor” statutes, but also contained material that “feeds the warped and demented minds that perpetrate” violence against women.
