Where There’s Smoke: Moviegoers watching the film “Backdraft” in Milford, Conn., thought shouts of “Fire!” were a joke until they realized the theater really was burning. About 100 people were watching the film at the Capital Theater on Friday night when four people ran in and shouted that the building was on fire--a smoky fire had started in the marquee. After a few minutes people realized that it was the real thing and evacuated.
