The killing of what officials say was a gang member in Ramona Gardens by a deputy sheriff and the subsequent grabbing of a videotape and arrest of the photographer shows that the Sheriff’s Department has learned one thing from the Rodney King incident--confiscate the videotape.
That photographer was not obstructing justice. He was preserving it.
