We only have one question. How can this humid, stormy summer weather be “Actually . . . quite normal for Southern California in August” on Aug. 12 (Metro), and “unusual, especially for August” on Aug. 13? It appears that Steve Burback, the meteorologist for Weather Data Inc., cannot quite make up his mind.
