911 Charges

It is indeed ironic that in this day and age a stalled car on the freeway will receive a free ride to a repair station, but an ailing citizen will have to pay at least $173 to be taken to a hospital by the proposed new 911 charges (Part A, Aug. 3).
The moral of the story is to have your heart attack on the freeway.
