Three Clemson football players have been suspended from Saturday’s game against Appalachian State for separate violations of team rules, Coach Ken Hatfield said.
Arthur Bussie Jr., David Davis and Pierre Wilson, all defensive linemen, will practice with the team this week but won’t suit up or play Saturday.
Hatfield did not say what rules Davis and Wilson are accused of breaking. Bussie, from Camden, N.J., was charged with assault after a scuffle with a university housing official over the weekend.
