Schaefer Takes Ironic Stance

I find it ironic that former Supervisor Madge Schaefer would write a letter to the Los Angeles Times espousing the virtues of honesty and respect for the public (“The Truth on City Hall?” Aug. 27). Has she forgotten? Last year, she was voted out of office for not practicing what she is now suddenly preaching.
