Nearly 70% of high school coaches and athletic directors responding to a survey said they are aware that the nation’s high school athletes use a variety of drugs.
More than one-third said the use of marijuana, crack, cocaine and amphetamines was a serious problem, according to results of a random mail survey released by the National Federation of State High School Assns.
