Volunteer Opportunities Wanted Closer to Home

I live in Covina in the San Gabriel Valley. We subscribe to The Times, and I have often noticed several Volunteer Involvement Opportunities which interest me.

The only problem is they all seem to be far away and in the Los Angeles or surrounding areas.

I would like it very much if you could list volunteer opportunities in the San Gabriel Valley Section, so those of us who wish to could do so close to home.
