Jeff Smith Skewered

Thanks for Anne Mendelson’s review (Dec. 19) of Jeff Smith’s latest outrage. She has neatly placed him on a skewer and toasted him to a fare-thee-well. With his slovenly recipes, his sly product endorsements and his endless stream of irritating assertions, he has been getting away with the equivalent of mayhem for years.
