The Region : Trail Cleanup Planned

A group of equestrians, runners and mountain-bike riders are scheduled to gather Saturday to clean debris from trails in the Marshall Canyon County Park in the San Gabriel Mountains north of La Verne and Claremont.
The cleanup, from 9 to 11 a.m., is being sponsored by the Marshall Canyon Mounted Assistance Bike Unit.
Volunteers should meet before 9 a.m. at the Esperanza Drive-Golden Hills Road equestrian area next to the Esperanza trail tunnel.
