I can recommend two courses of action to Peter Ueberroth, new head of Gov. Wilson’s blue-ribbon business panel to improve the business climate in California:
-- Get rid of the anti-business Democrats in the Legislature
-- Get rid of the anti-business-in-name-only Republican in the Statehouse!
