Oscar Hopefuls: A total of 238 feature-length films have been declared eligible for this year’s Academy Award consideration, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced Monday. Last year, 223 films met the requirements. Oscar nominations come out Feb. 19, and the winners will be revealed March 30.
