Zadora Gets OK to Alter Boundaries at Pickfair

Singer Pia Zadora and her financier husband, Meshulem Riklis, have won permission to change the lot boundaries at Pickfair, the Beverly Hills estate that was the home of Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks.
The action by the Beverly Hills City Council Tuesday night will allow the Riklises or a future owner to build a house as large as 19,600 square feet on the hillside site of the estate’s cantilevered tennis courts.
