Eisner’s Bonus Reportedly Halved: Walt Disney Co. Chairman Michael D. Eisner received half the bonus in 1991 that he got in fiscal 1990, with his compensation totaling $5.44 million this year, company statements show. Eisner’s 1991 bonus was $4.69 million, down from $10.48 million in fiscal 1990, when his $750,000 salary and bonus totaled $11.23 million, the Orlando Sentinel reported for today’s editions. His pay was disclosed in the company’s proxy statement mailed Thursday to shareholders, the newspaper reported. Eisner’s bonus is tied to the company’s financial performance, and lower 1991 earnings for Disney meant a smaller bonus for Disney’s chief.
