Gayle N. Bullock has been appointed president and chief executive of NeuroCare of Orange County Inc., a community and home services subsidiary of NeuroCare, Inc. in Concord. Bullock was previously senior vice president and administrator of the Long Beach Memorial Medical Center’s rehabilitation hospital. She has also held senior positions with the St. Joseph Health System in Orange and the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
