Redlands Defeats CLU Women, 51-40

Just one Cal Lutheran player scored in double figures Friday and the Regals dropped a 51-40 decision to Redlands in a women’s Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference basketball game at Cal Lutheran.
CLU’s Cathy Clayton scored 11 points but that wasn’t nearly enough to overcome a balanced effort by Redlands (7-6, 2-0 in SCIAC play). Shannon Jacobs (13 points), Leslie Ferguson (13) and Karen Jensen (10) all reached double figures for Redlands.
CLU is 0-8, 0-1.
