LUCKY NUMBER: This Newport Beach address has been the scene of some notoriety, but maybe Armor All founder Alan F. Rypinski can change that. His office confirms that he is buying the Santiago Drive mansion of Bill and Jacqueline Walters. Pickets marched there last year to protest Bill Walters’ role in the collapse of Denver’s Silverado Savings. The house, on the market for $2.8 million, was also the site of a 1988 attack on then-owner Roger W. Luby and Aissa Wayne, daughter of John Wayne.
