The following are selected entries from the crime logs of local law enforcement agencies between Feb. 10 and Feb. 16:
Glendale
Bel Aire Drive, 1500 block--Two thieves entered a home at gunpoint at 5:40 p.m., Feb. 11, bound the two occupants’ wrists and ankles with tape, ransacked the home and fled with an unknown amount of property.
Wilson and Orange Grove avenues--A purse containing $40 was snatched from a woman on a sidewalk on Feb. 12 at 6:20 p.m.
South Adams Street, 1000 block--A woman’s purse containing $400 was yanked from her hand as she entered a stairwell Feb. 12 at 2:35 p.m.
East Maple Street, 200 block--An apartment was burglarized on Feb. 13 at 6:30 p.m., and watches and jewelry valued at $3,050 were stolen.
Atwater
San Fernando Road, 5100 block--Thieves smashed the window of a business Feb. 12 at 2:55 a.m. and stole computer equipment valued at $15,000.
Eagle Rock
Colorado Boulevard, 4500 block--Burglars smashed the window of a bank and stole computer equipment valued at $9,000 on Feb. 10 or 11.
North Figueroa Street, 7300 block--A market was robbed at gunpoint of $210 on Feb. 12 at 11:30 a.m.
Colorado Boulevard, 2900 block--A fast-food restaurant was broken into on Feb. 14 between 2 and 9 a.m., and $3,100 was stolen.
Echo Park
Logan Street and Sunset Boulevard--A wallet containing $160 was stolen by a thief armed with a knife on Feb. 10 at 6:10 p.m.
West Sunset Boulevard, 1500 block--Burglars smashed a hole in the roof of a business Feb. 11 or 12 and stole a TV, stereo, video equipment and tapes valued at $25,990.
Franklin Hill
Mayview Drive, 2100 block--Burglars forced a garage open and stole tools and a TV valued at $1,500 on Feb. 12 between 2:15 and 6 a.m.
Prospect Avenue, 4100 block--Computer equipment valued at $2,500 was stolen from an office on Feb. 11 or 12.
Glassell Park
San Fernando Road, 2200 block--Three robbers armed with a revolver stole $448 in cash from a business Feb. 10 at 8 p.m.
North Avenue 57, 400 block--Burglars kicked open the rear door of an apartment and stole money and jewelry valued at $5,000 on Feb. 15 between 6 and 9:45 p.m.
Highland Park
Figueroa Street and Avenue 55--Four thieves snatched a gold chain valued at $100 from a woman’s neck and then stabbed her in the side on Feb. 10 at 8:30 p.m.
Figueroa Street and Piedmont Avenue--Money and jewelry valued at $1,520 were stolen from a person on a street at knifepoint on Feb. 12 at 5:45 p.m.
Monte Vista Street and Avenue 50--Two thieves armed with a knife hit a person on a sidewalk and stole $180 on Feb. 14 at 5:30 p.m.
North Avenue 55, 100 block--Five assailants attacked a motorist before stealing the victim’s car on Feb. 15 at 11:10 p.m.
Los Feliz
Los Feliz Boulevard and Boyce Avenue--A Mercedez-Benz was stolen from a motorist by a thief armed with a knife Feb. 15 at 1:20 a.m.
Herkimer Street, 2800 block--Burglars stole a TV and video equipment valued at $1,800 from a home on Feb. 14 or 15.
Mt. Washington
El Paso Drive, 800 block--Burglars ransacked the bedroom of a home and stole jewelry and credit cards valued at $1,390 on Feb. 15 between 4:30 and 7 p.m.
Silver Lake
Glendale Boulevard, 2400 block--A person at a bank machine was robbed at gunpoint of money and jewelry valued at $4,047 on Feb. 9 at 10:15 p.m.
Micheltorena Street, 2400 block--Money and jewelry valued at $4,800 were stolen from a person by two robbers armed with a submachine gun.
Mohawk Street, 1100 block--Burglars removed a skylight glass and cut security bars to enter a garment factory and steal equipment valued at $26,800 on Feb. 9 or 10.
Elsinore Street, 2100 block--A vehicle and money valued at $18,600 were stolen at gunpoint on Feb. 12 at 8:20 p.m.
De Longpre Avenue, 4400 block--A church was burglarized between Feb. 12 and 14 and a stereo and appliances valued at $2,450 were stolen.
Hollywood (West Silver Lake
Clarissa Avenue, 4600 block--Two robbers held an automatic weapon to a victim’s head until the victim gave them $814 on Feb. 10 at 8:55 p.m.
West Vermont Avenue, 1700 block--Two robbers posing as customers grabbed $500 from a bank teller and fled on Feb. 11 at 3 p.m.
North Vermont Avenue, 1300 block--Burglars pried open the door of a parking facility and stole money and a stereo valued at $2,322 on Feb. 12 or 13.
Gainsborough Avenue, 4600 block--Two robbers followed two people into their home, ordered them to the floor at gunpoint and took money and credit cards valued at $2,000 on Feb. 14 at 11 p.m.
