Meetings Continue in Olympia & York Debt Talks: Around-the-clock meetings continued between Olympia & York Developments Ltd. and major lenders on the restructuring of the Canadian developer’s $12-billion debt, the company said. The company and its creditor banks, meanwhile, failed to reach agreement on a first mortgage loan that matured Wednesday, a source said. The source said, however, that lenders weren’t expected to foreclose on the mortgage immediately.
