IBM Presses Time Warner on Video Deal: International Business Machines reportedly is pressing Time Warner Inc. to conclude talks that would enable the computer giant to take a $500-million stake in a Time Warner division. The Associated Press quoted unnamed industry sources as saying that IBM is “anxious” to complete discussions that would result in Time Warner’s adoption of IBM computer technology for use in movies, television programming and cable TV systems.
