Actress Mae Clarke

A public memorial service for actress Mae Clarke, the star of “The Public Enemy,” “Frankenstein” and many other films of the 1930s and ‘40s will be held today at 2 p.m. at the Motion Picture and Television Fund’s Louis B. Mayer Theatre in Woodland Hills.
Miss Clarke was 81 when she died in Woodland Hills on April 29.
