LEAN CUISINE: Some homeless may have to scour trash dumpsters for food, but that doesn’t mean they don’t need nutritional advice, says Linda and Dave Dunlap of the Garden Grove-based Project Dignity. That’s why they’ve produced a video, “The Fine Art of Dumpster Dining,” sent to health agencies so they can give out advice to the homeless on garbage pickings to avoid. “Everything thrown out is not bad,” says Dave Dunlap.
