Earl Morris, 83, president of the American Bar Assn. in 1967-68. Morris, a 1930 graduate of Harvard Law School, also had been president of the Columbus, Ohio, and Ohio state bar associations. Near Charleston, W.Va., on Tuesdayof injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
