The Athletics Congress, track and field’s national governing body, met for nearly two hours in Indianapolis but failed to resolve the case of suspended 400-meter runner Butch Reynolds, who has been suspended by the international track federation. Reynolds has sued for a right to compete. TAC officials said a teleconference will be held Sunday night.
