Gov. Clinton quoted from the Bible and noted there is not a government program for every problem. He called for less entitlement and an America with a strong defense, ready and willing to use force when necessary. He called for an end to welfare as we know it. Sounds to me like he lacks only one thing to turn this country around--a Republican Congress.
