Cops ‘n’ Wambaugh: Coming along on NBC next season will be “From the Files of Joseph Wambaugh: Jury of One,” starring John Spencer (who plays lawyer Tommy Mullaney on “L.A. Law”). The network says this will be the first drama in a potential series of movies inspired by the real-life experiences of Wambaugh, the author who was once a Los Angeles police officer.
