Annual membership fees for the city’s Senior Citizens Center will go up to $10 for residents and $15 for non-residents.
The increase, which goes into effect Sept. 1, is part of a citywide re-evaluation of fees.
Members only are entitled to participate in a variety of activities and services such as recreation programs, tours and legal aid. Non-members may make use of the dial-a-ride and hot lunch programs. The center is at 1102 Oxley St.
Previously, the membership fee was $5, regardless of one’s residency.
