** Various artists, “Mo’ Money” soundtrack, Perspective. Despite a passel of R&B; stars, including Janet Jackson, Luther Vandross, Bell Biv DeVoe and Johnny Gill, this soundtrack, assembled by the star writing-producing team of Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, doesn’t pack the punch you’d expect. With a few exceptions, like Gill’s sultry “Let’s Just Run Away” and KRUSH’s hard-driving dance gem “Let’s Get Together (So Groovy Now),” this is mostly a ho-hum effort.
