- Tony Kathol has been promoted to manager of financial analysis at Catellus Development Corp.’s Southern California regional office in Anaheim. He will be responsible for development, building, project and sale analysis for the Southern California, Texas and Illinois regional offices of the company, which develops, owns and manages commercial and industrial properties. Kathol joined Catellus in 1988 as a finance and budget coordinator.
