ESCONDIDO : Police to Conduct Sobriety Check

Escondido Police are scheduled to conduct a sobriety checkpoint Sunday evening in the 3000 block of Bear Valley Parkway. The checkpoint, also staffed by the California Highway Patrol, is to be staffed from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m., a police spokesman said.
