Parachutist Flees After Jump From Gateway Arch

ST. LOUIS — A parachutist jumped from the top of the 630-foot-high Gateway Arch early Monday, then gathered up the chute and fled to a waiting car, officials said.
Two men who had been filming the descent from the ground were captured.
