* Brenda Eller has been appointed western regional vice president for Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc. in Costa Mesa, the real estate franchise unit of Prudential Life Insurance Co. of America. Eller will oversee the operations of more than 200 Prudential real estate offices and 7,000 sales associates in 13 western states. Before joining Prudential earlier this year, Eller was vice president and affiliate services director for Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates’ southeast region.
