PARTY QUARRELS: County Republican Chairman Thomas A. Fuentes and county Democratic Chairman Howard Adler are hardly luncheon buddies. But now they’re really unhappy with each other. Fuentes says Democrats have “scraped the bottom of the barrel” by registering people they know won’t vote on Election Day. Adler is livid. Wednesday, he called Fuentes’ remarks “arrogant, insensitive and un-American.” Adler demands an apology to the “tens of thousands of diverse residents” here. Fuentes’ reply: “I don’t take time to respond to Howard Adler.”
