Anniversary Milestones: Public affairs specials produced by KOCE Channel 50 over the years will be reprised during the week of Nov. 15-21 to note the station’s 20th anniversary. KOCE, an Orange County PBS station, also will have a community open house on Nov. 21 as part of the celebration. . . . CNN’s “World Report” will note its fifth anniversary with a two-hour retrospective on Oct. 25. The special will include an interview with the program’s creator, Ted Turner, Turner Broadcasting chief.
