Extra-Hospitable: The Pan Pacific Hotel chain, which includes the Pan Pacific Hotel next to Disneyland in Anaheim, has launched a frequent-guest program.
Unlike incentives offered by other chains, this one is not designed to enable guests to accumulate points that can be cashed in for discounts. Rather, it is designed to please “the already loyal Pan Pacific clients who are recommended for membership by our hotels and resorts and regional sales offices,” said Jill Mockridge, regional director of sales.
Members receive priority registration, upgrades to better rooms, free newspapers, a welcome gift and other special services.
