Sales Agreement: Helionetics Inc. of Irvine announced Thursday that it has signed a sales and marketing agreement with a New York company to distribute an electronic filter to prevent overloads in equipment such as fax machines and computers. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Emerson Industrial Controls Inc. in Grand Island, N.Y., plans to launch the product in January at the International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Exposition in Chicago.
