Washington Lands Parrish; Johner Commits to Kansas

Tony Parrish of Marina High School has made an oral commitment to play football at Washington, Marina Athletic Director Larry Doyle said Tuesday.
Parrish, who is 5 feet 11, 181 pounds, was a starter at safety and tailback for the Vikings last season. He intercepted three passes and scored eight touchdowns.
He is also the defending state champion in the triple jump.
