COSTA MESA : Drain Break Forces Closure of Street

Superior Avenue will be closed in both directions between 15th and 16th streets until Friday because of repairs, city officials said.
Recent rains caused an underground storm drain to rupture, said Carol Jacobs of the Public Service Department.
Crews will replace the ruptured section this week, Jacobs said.
