Clinton, Mulroney to Meet

WASHINGTON — President Clinton, continuing the tradition of close U.S. relations with Ottawa, will meet Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney at the White House on Friday, spokeswoman Dee Dee Myers announced.
