Bonnie Best has been appointed director of marketing for the Westin South Coast Plaza hotel in Costa Mesa. She was formerly director of marketing for the Westin Mission Hills Resort in Rancho Mirage. Best has held similar positions with the Westin William Penn in Pittsburgh, Pa., and the Westin Williams Center in Tulsa, Okla.
