Rookie Eric Lindros of the Philadelphia Flyers was acquitted of common assault in Oshawa, Canada. Judge Rhys Morgan of the provincial division of Ontario Court found Lindros, 19, not guilty of assaulting Lynn Nunney, 24, by spitting beer at her last Nov. 29.
