Stock Exchange Building Planned for Shanghai: China plans to build a $100-million stock exchange building in Shanghai in the latest attempt to revive the city as the nation’s financial center, the Beijing-controlled China News Service said. The building, scheduled to be completed in 1995, would house three major trading halls, the Hong Kong-based news agency said.
