Editing Marvels: The American Cinema Editors have picked nominees for their annual ACE Eddie Awards, which will be bestowed on March 27. Selected as best edited feature film: “Last of the Mohicans,” “Unforgiven,” “Scent of a Woman,” “A Few Good Men” and “The Player.” TV nominees include “Sinatra, Part I,” “Drug Wars--The Cocaine Cartel, Part II,” “The Burden of Proof, Part II” (for best-edited episode, TV miniseries); “Afterburn,” “Citizen Cohn,” “Something to Live For: The Ali Gertz Story,” “When No One Would Listen” (for two-hour TV movie); episodes of “Northern Exposure,” “Sisters,” “L.A. Law,” “Quantum Leap,” “Brooklyn Bridge,” “Murphy Brown,” “The Wonder Years,” “Coach” and “Evening Shade” (TV series). The best-edited documentary nominees: “MGM: When the Lion Roars,” “Fires of Kuwait” and “The Donner Party.”
