CHELSEA TALE: This widely told story may well be apocryphal, but it provides welcome relief from taxing talk of shared sacrifice. Here goes: When First Daughter Chelsea Clinton complained about a rash on her arm, the nurse at her private school said she would need to check with her parents before putting a salve on it. “You’ll have to call my dad,” Chelsea is said to have advised. “My mom’s too busy.” . . . A White House spokesman said: “We don’t know if it’s true or not.”
